Greater Agency Consulting is designed
to provide just that. Specializing in leadership and construction
management, I create organized systems, operational standards
and planning tools to ensure client satisfaction, cohesive teams
and fiscal success of each project.

I’m a problem-solver at heart. Construction doesn’t have to be stressful or overwhelming. From project feasibility to project completion and everything in-between, I have the resources and experience to get you there. My professional background combines operational leadership with a deep understanding of construction fundamentals and project delivery without the costs and constraints a large general contractor may have.
Through my training with the Co-Active Training Institute, I connected with fellow coaches to practice
principles and skills to build relational
capacity and create meaningful change. This work
includes powerful listening, asking impactful
questions, and coaching skills to apply
immediately in work and life. I believe in the
value that how people relate to each other
shapes the results they create together.

My Story
I come from a construction family and grew up learning how to fix and build things. By my early twenties, I purchased and converted a summer cabin in New Hampshire into a year-round home, lifting it off piers and adding a full, walk-out basement.
After many years in hospitality and property management, I took the leap to construction with Chinburg Builders in 2015. Moving to the NH Seacoast and buying a duplex in Portsmouth with my husband Max was the best move I ever made. We lived in and renovated our home to become a thriving rental property affording us the opportunity to expand to a larger duplex in Dover NH when our son was born. Again, in need of repair and improvement, we began chipping away at construction projects, raising the value while enjoying our new home.
In over a decade at Chinburg, I rose through titles from Assistant to Vice President of Commercial Construction, overseeing dozens of projects ranging from $100k to over $40 million. In these roles I focused on cultivating strong relationships with many clients, construction teams, architects and designers, engineers and municipalities to successfully advance projects from concept through completion. I love the details: evaluating feasibility, identifying growth opportunities, developing accurate budgets, and creating comprehensive project schedules The success of any project relies on organization, communication, and relationships. Let me bring my experience to your project - it’s my dream to help you realize yours.
In addition to the roles I’ve held in construction management, I am a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire and a member of the National Assoc. of Women in Construction.
When I’m not building something you can find me volunteering, camping with my family, hiking, snowboarding or gardening.
