Questions

FAQ

What should I expect to pay?

My services will be billed per each individual contract agreement depending on project complexity and clients' needs; this can be determined after a discovery call.

For Construction Project Management services, you're paying me for my time only and you'll pay subcontractors directly for their services on your project based on a budget we determine together (giving you the benefit of zero markup on those services).

My hourly rates will vary from $65 - $200 depending on the services provided and will be clearly described in the Scope of Work document of our contract.

Are you insured?

Yes! I carry general and professional liability insurance for my business.

What types of construction experience do you have?

I've managed a wide variety of commercial construction projects for many different clients, and several residential renovations and additions including my own real estate development projects. Here's a quick list:

  • Portsmouth, NH — 233 Vaughan Street luxury condos; Botanica Restaurant; Oomph and Jessica Todd hair salons; Signature Title and Red Post Realty office fit-ups; a gym renovation; a photography studio; historic mill renovations; elevator installs; and a 92-unit ground-up apartment building on Brewery Lane (demolition and site work included).
  • Biddeford, ME — The Lincoln Hotel, a boutique luxury hotel with a rooftop pool and amazing lobby lounge bar.
  • Lewiston, ME — Kicked off the largest mill renovation project the city has ever seen by obtaining permits and starting hazardous material removal, demolition, utility and site work.
  • Newmarket, NH — Numerous historic mill renovations and additions for Chinburg's office expansion.
How can you help my business?

I streamline operations by mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing repeatable systems. I can help you find ways to reduce wasted time and create consistency across teams and departments with job descriptions, schedules, templates and other organizational tools.

Have an expansion project in mind? Let's talk vision and feasibility! Then I can find the right team of professionals to get you started, coordinate the subcontractors, help create a budget and a timeline and make sure every expectation is met along the way.

What does the commitment look like for coaching or consulting?

"You get what you give in life" applies here… I can offer a variety of 3, 6, and 12 month packages specifically tailored to your personal, project or business needs. We can determine that together through a discovery call or two. And, if you're still not sure if a package is right for you, no problem. You can take it month to month.

Life happens in between sessions, so I include spot coaching/consulting via email/phone/text as necessary.

I'm considering coaching but not sure if it's right for me.

If you're in a management and leadership role and want to improve your personal impact on your team, 1:1 coaching can help. We can work through real-life, day-to-day scenarios to see how communication, reactions and feedback could be altered to be more well received, create progress and move your team in the direction you're looking for.

If you want to give your employees a boost to ensure their future with your company continues to be a positive and progressive one, coaching services are a great way to invest in your people. This work can build a cohesive team, establish a shared mission, foster active listening, open dialogue, and clearly define roles. Coaching can help a person identify clear, actionable goals rather than just reacting to circumstances, plan next steps, and give you the space to evaluate choices, learn from missteps, and build self-efficacy.

If you're in a career or position that doesn't fit anymore, don't feel stuck, let's work together to imagine new possibilities.
